We are calling for Expressions of Interest for a (bio)statistician either full or part time available (as preferred) for an initial 6-12 month period (depending on FTE) at Level HEO 6.1 to 7.1 (experience dependent; $89,759-$97,975 p/a pro-rated).

The role will be working with Dr Erin Cvejic and Prof Kirsten McCaffery at the Sydney Health Literacy Lab (University of Sydney School of Public Health) on a funded project analysing between-hospital variation in patient-reported experience measures (PREMs) data from patients attending hospital for day and overnight procedures. The role will also contribute to providing general statistical support for various projects undertaken by the lab.

Completion (or very near completion) of a Master of Biostatistics or equivalent training and/or experience is desired. Experience with survey weighting, case mix adjustment, and mediation models (or ability and interest to learn) would be beneficial.
