If all had gone according to plan, then on July 9, several of us would have been gathering on the Gold Coast to meet and talk about the latest in Australian and New Zealand statistics. Since we can't do that, we have gathered together 4 fantastic talks covering a fantastic range of statistical work.

Join us for this mini-conference session, and hear from:

  • Sepi Sharif, talking about "Exploring the computational efficacy of Inductive Linearisation to solve for pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic systems of nonlinear ordinary differential equations"
  • Gang Xie, who will encourage us to "Please join us - say ‘No’ to Null Hypothesis Significance Testing"
  • Michael Slyuzberg, talking about "New Zealand Crime and Victims Survey - filling gaps in administrative data"
  • Clara Grazian, presenting work on "New formulation of the Logistic-Gaussian process to analyze trajectory tracking data"
Each speaker will have 10 minutes to talk, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

The zoom link will be sent closer to the date.
