Biostatistics & Bioinformatics
The Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Section of the Statistical Society of Australia brings together medical statisticians and health scientists from academia, government, and the pharmaceutical industry in all areas of health, including clinical trials, epidemiology, and bioinformatics. To support the needs of biostatisticians and bioinformaticians across a range of health disciplines in Australia, the Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Section hosts local and national events including seminars, workshops, courses, and networking opportunities relevant to its members. This may include events jointly organised at international conferences held in Australia.
