Course Prerequisites: Knowledge of introductory statistics and basic R skills
This is a practical course that will take you through an introduction to survival analysis. You will learn how to use these models to compare outcomes between groups, and how to decide which model is suited for your analysis needs. We will discuss the underlying assumptions of the different survival models, how to check them, and what to do if they are violated.
