The position is a two-year position funded by an Australian Research Council (ARC) Discovery grant “Bayesian inference for psychological theories with intractable likelihood,” at the UNSW School of Economics, which is part of the UNSW Business School.
The grant is held jointly by Professor Robert Kohn at UNSW Sydney with Professor Scott Brown (School of Psychology, University of Newcastle), A/Professor Minh Ngoc Tran (Department of Business Analytics, University of Sydney) and Dr David Gunawan (Department of Statistics, University of Wollongong). The position is based at the School of Economics but will have strong interactions with all four Chief Investigators, as well as members of the School of Mathematics and Statistics.
