The AusTriM Research Network is a virtual centre led by senior biostatisticians and clinical trialists across Australia. With funding from the NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence program, our biostatistical and methodological experts conduct landmark trials across a broad range of health and medical fields. Our input optimises the planning, design, implementation, analysis and reporting of clinical trials. You can read more about our research interests on our website.
The AusTriM Visiting Fellowship in Clinical Trial Methodology is designed to provide financial support to an early or mid-career trial methodologist for up to a two-week visit (or multiple shorter visits) to our research node/s across Australia.
The primary aim of this visiting fellowship scheme is to support the initiation (or progression) of a collaborative methodological project with an AusTriM Investigator. We encourage applications from biostatisticians or trial methodologists who seek to explore a particular methodological problem, or who have a specific analysis problem that requires advanced statistical methods in which members of AusTriM have expertise.
During the visit, the successful applicant will have the chance to meet with the various AusTriM members at the given node, and potentially other nodes in the region.
Please see the attached PDF for full scheme details.
Applications close July 28 2023. Any queries can be directed to austrim@monash.edu
