We are looking for 3 postdoctoral or research fellow in statistics, data science, machine learning, bioinformatics, quantitative biology, or closely related fields, as part of the Analytics for the Australian Grains Industry (AAGI) research collaboration in the three major topics:

• Statistical design and modelling
• Bioinformatics and molecular phenotyping
• Machine learning and image analytics.

The position is up to 3 years and located in the Biological Data Science Institute at the Australian National University. The application will close on 19th Jan 2025.

We seek candidates with strong scientific programming skills, demonstrated experience working with real data, and a substantial commitment to reproducible and transparent workflows.
