Massey University’s School of Natural and Computational Sciences leads study and research into the basic sciences on the Auckland campus. Our multi and interdisciplinary research and teaching span the biological and physical sciences, mathematics and statistics.

We are seeking a Tutor/Senior Tutor to join the team responsible for the organisation and delivery of first year papers in Statistics. In this role you will be investigating electronic technologies to enhance the delivery of courses in Statistics and to provide advice in relation to issues relating to the interface between secondary and tertiary level teaching in Statistics.

To be successful in appointment you will hold a postgraduate qualification in Statistics or a related discipline, demonstrated teaching expertise in Statistics at either secondary (to NCEA Level 3 Statistics and Modelling or equivalent) or tertiary level and a passion for student success.
