    Hi Justin,

    What have you managed to achieve so far? If you have registered for ABS TableBuilder you should have access to the 2021 Census basic datasets. When you're logged in to TableBuilder, you'll want to open '2021 Census of Population and Housing' -> 'Census TableBuilder Basic' -> '2021 Census - employment, income and education'. This dataset probably has the information you're looking for.

    Once you're in the TableBuilder web app, have a look at the ABS' manual on how to build tables. https://www.abs.gov.au/statistics/microdata-tablebuilder/tablebuilder/building-basic-table

    It's then up to you to have a look at the variables available to create the tables you need.

    Hi there, 

    I've recently launched an industry association for the contact centre/customer service industry in Australia and need some assistance in trying to obtain some industry data via the Australian Bureau of Statistics. 

    I have absolutely no clue how to navigate the ABS TableBuilder/Microdata/website (not through lack of trying!) and would love to engage an expert who is familiar with the ABS data who can help me obtain some data on the number of people that work in the industry by state by job classification etc.

    I'm OK at Excel so can do what I need once I have the data, but trying to get the data itself is where I really need some hired help.
