The NHMRC Clinical Trials Centre at the University of Sydney has scholarships available for PhD study on areas of research relevant to clinical trials, including biostatistics. Individuals with an Honours or Masters degree in statistics, biostatistics or a related discipline are encouraged to apply. Current priority research projects include biostatistical methodology for adaptive design and casual inference in randomised trials, among others. Applications open on April 26 and close on May 18 at the application portal. Scholarships are open to domestic applicants and consist of a stipend of approximately $36,000 p.a.
