Applications are invited for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) scholarship opportunity in Te Huataki Waiora School of Health, University of Waikato Tauranga Campus. This project, which is in collaboration with the Tauranga Orthopaedic Research Society Inc. (TORSI), primarily focuses on dataset research and analysis pertaining to joint replacement surgical outcomes.
The successful applicant should be eligible to enrol for PhD study at the University of Waikato. Prior experience in statistical analysis, orthopaedics/musculoskeletal, and scientific writing would be advantageous.
This project requires transdisciplinary work (i.e., orthopaedic surgery, statistics, musculoskeletal). Candidates from diverse backgrounds will be considered, including (but not limited to) medical, physiotherapy, and biostatistics.
