About the work: We have a focus on equity in health service delivery, and multimorbidity involving kidney disease and access to transplantation. Current competitively funded projects include international collaborations with New Zealand (ASSET project) and University of Glasgow (SHE-ROCKS project), as well national linkages (CELESTIAL project), and collaborations with state government (MODUS project, SAFE-BOD project). These investigate the interactions of sex, race, rurality, socioeconomic indices, mental health, cardiovascular disease, cancer, infection, and frailty and their impact on accessing best health outcomes, with the aim of service re-design to mitigate disadvantage
