"...... The purpose for making contact is that I am in search of a statistician.

I am developing a profiling tool designed to understand the psychological experience of work… think ‘engagement surveys’ only that this tool is focused on you the individual and what you need to ‘be at your best’ rather than being centred on the organisation itself. 

I want to do some cool work (at least in my mind) but, whilst I have a Masters of Org Psych, I don’t have the stats expertise I need. 

Hoping you or someone you know may be interested in some work with me?  I really am searching for someone who has a love of numbers, they don’t really need a psych background.
