Lecturer and Senior Lecturer Roles in Biostatistics - Continuing 1.0FTE - University of Sydney School of Public Health

    That's right - it's not a typo - we are currently recruiting for not one, but TWO CONTINUING academic positions in the Biostatistics group at the University of Sydney School of Public Health.

    We are looking to appoint highly motivated academics at Lecturer (Level B) and Senior Lecturer (Level C) levels who will make significant contributions to our teaching and research programs. These roles will including contributing to the teaching of introductory and advanced biostatistics units offered across several postgraduate coursework degrees (including the Master of Biostatistics, Master of Public Health, and Master of Clinical Epidemiology programs) and curriculum development, as well as the establishment or extension of methodological and collaborative programs of research. In particular, we are looking for individuals with expertise and interest in developing methodological research in the areas of causal inference, Bayesian statistics, advanced trial design, and linked data.
