About the role:

The Principal Analyst provides leadership and management of a strategic program of work to facilitate a coordinated and collaborative approach to data analytics.

The role will:

• streamline access to information, analytics services and enhance support for system priorities
• manage a team to deliver the Analytics Assist service including brokerage of incoming requests and maintenance of the services websites
• support complex analytics on system priorities
• work in collaboration across the Cluster to leverage analytics for enhanced decision making
• build the data literacy capability of NSW Health staff.

The role is within the Epidemiology and Biostatistics Unit within the Centre for Epidemiology and Evidence at the NSW Ministry of Health.
